APP Igniters for Vega-C

On July 26, 2025, the Vega-C launcher successfully placed the CO3D constellation and the MicroCarb satellite into orbit. Aerospace Propulsion Products (APP) is proud to support its customer Avio, prime contractor for Vega, by delivering the solid rocket motor igniters for the Z40 second stage and the Z9A third stage. These APP igniters for Vega-C ensured a reliable propulsion sequence and enabled the precise deployment of the satellites. Through its partnership with Avio, APP contributes directly to the success of European space missions, providing trusted ignition technology that strengthens Europe’s independent access to space.
