The Assignment

We invite an ambitious student to contribute to a project at the crossroads of aerospace engineering and machine learning. The assignment focuses on exploring how data-driven methods can support innovation in our ignition system technologies. Students will gain hands-on experience in applying machine learning techniques to real-world aerospace challenges, with access to unique datasets and expert supervision.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research into applying machine learning within an aerospace context.
  • Work with existing data and prepare it for analysis.
  • Develop and test a tailored machine learning approach.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for APP.
  • Summarize results in a professional report and final presentation.

 

Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Student in Aerospace Engineering (or a related technical study at university level).
  • Independent, proactive, and motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
