The Assignment

In today’s competitive aerospace market, companies need to continuously optimize efficiency and costs. This graduation assignment offers the opportunity to apply cost analysis and business insights to a real-world high-tech product.

As a student, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing cost structures, lifecycle models, and efficiency improvements. The focus is on understanding how different cost drivers influence total ownership and how smart analysis can support better decision-making.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research into cost modeling and lifecycle analysis.
  • Collect and structure data from various sources.
  • Develop and test a cost analysis model.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Summarize insights in a professional report and presentation.

Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Student at university or applied sciences level (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or similar).
  • Interested in business processes, data, and optimization.
  • Independent, analytical, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
